Members of the Rolling Revolution are engaged community members who deeply care about the District and believe in working together to make a positive impact on the city. Many members of the RR are native Delawareans, and many employ local residents. We seek out ways to be involved in community events, and some vending/food truck owner-operators have a policy to donate a portion of their profits to area charities
The Rolling Revolution is the exclusive hub of contact for anyone looking to jump into the industry, connect with mobile vendors, and discuss legislative changes and improvements within the industry. Event organizers, site managers in need of alternative eating and shopping options.
As a husband and wife team, we have a combined 10 years of hospitality experience.
Chef, a.k.a. Thai Guy of Delaware, has spent most of his career in his family’s restaurants, most recently served as the Executive Chef and Creator of Ubon and earning the title of Best of Delaware.
Jody, being a passed small business owner of multiple busineses in California, brings all her entrepreneurship and marketing skills to the table. We're applying our experience and our passion to build a sustainable company with a clear purpose and vision.
Emily accomplished her dream of owning a successful fashion truck in Delaware, ____.
